Rorng Sorn is the Executive Director of the Cambodian Association of Greater Philadelphia since January 21, 2009. Prior to her role as Executive Director, Ms. Sorn served as the Interim Executive Director and Director of Programs for eight years. She has worked with local, national, and not-for-profit organizations for many years and has been a strong advocate of improving the social, economic, educational and healthcare condition of the Cambodian-American population in the Greater Philadelphia area. She has over 20 years of experience providing civic, social, educational, and healthcare education services to Cambodian and other refugee/immigrant communities in the city of Philadelphia. |

Cindy Suy has been with CAGP for more than 19 years. In 1992, Mrs. Suy began working with the Cambodian Association as one of only two staff at the time. In late 1999, Mrs. Suy was promoted to the Executive Director position, where she made a great impact in the Cambodian community, developing sustainable programs and services the community needed. Her belief in the spirit of teamwork also brings success to the agency. She worked closely with staff and board members to raise money. One of her great accomplishments was the purchase of a second building in South Philadelphia. Under her leadership the agency grew from seven full and part time staff to fifteen, as well as from an annual operating budget of about $200,000 to $550,000. Currently, Mrs. Suy has stepped down from the Executive Director position to focus more on her education. She is close to completing a degree in Business Management at Pierce College. |

Chanphy Heng is the Health Program Coordinator at CAGP. Ms. Heng is fluent in Khmer and Laotian. She was born in Cambodia and arrived to the United States in her teen years. She graduated with a 3.8 GPA from Santa Rosa High School. While in high school, Ms. Heng became certified as a Nursing Assistant. She continued education at Santa Rosa Junior College and the Community College of Philadelphia. Ms. Heng has previous experience working with the Convalescent Hospital, Mother's Work, Southeast Asian Mutual Association Coalition, Inc. (SEAMAAC), Intercultural Family Services (IFSI) and Language Services Consultant (LSC). |

Putery Long operates the Cultural and Family Enrichment Programs here at CAGP. As the Cultural Performance Instructor for the Cultural Dance Program, Ms. Long teaches dance classes every Sunday. She also runs and facilitates the Parenting Enhancement Program every Saturday. She is dedicated to preserving and promoting Cambodian Arts & Culture, as well as family values. Prior to joining us, Ms. Long worked with the Southeast Asian Mutual Assistance Association Coalition (SEAMAC) and was in charge of several children and family programs. |

Eddy Sacksith is the Youth Program Director for the After School Program and the Summer Camp Program. She has worked with CAGP since 2003, operating both programs, which service 30 youths each. Youths range in age, from 5 to 11 years old. |

Koeun Chea has been with CAGP for five years as a Grant Writer for the afterschool and summer programs. Ms. Chea holds a Masters Degree in Christian Leadership with a concentration in Youth, Family & Culture from Fuller Theological Seminary. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from West Chester University. Prior to joining CAGP, Ms. Chea was a member of Americorps Vista, working as Youth Program Coordinator at Ayuda Community Center. In the past years, Ms. Chea received over ½ a million dollars in grant funding for the afterschool and summer programs. In addition to her work at CAGP, Ms. Chea also works as a Student Advisor at Thurgood Marshall Elementary. | |
Soky Chhe |

Soky Chhe recently joins CAGP as the Grant & Communications Specialist. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2006, where she received her Bachelors of Arts degree in English. Ms. Chhe has experience teaching English abroad in South Korea and case management, where she worked with children and their families to reduce risks of imminent danger. Ms. Chhe's interest in working with the Cambodian and Cambodian-American community stems from her own experiences. She hopes to contribute to the community and be a support to many others. |

Sarun Chan is the Youth Program Director at CAGP. He attended the Pennsylvania State University in pursuit of a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology. Mr. Chan joined the Cambodian Association of Greater Philadelphia as a part-time Youth Coordinator for the Summer Career Exploration Program (SCEP) one year ago, In October 2010, he developed and created CAGP's first year-round youth program. Mr. Chan currently works on many projects with the youth, and is in collaboration and partnership with other community organizations. |

Vimul Ros is the Information Technology Specialist at the Cambodian Association of Greater Philadelphia. His work in the past several years include teaching literacy classes during CAGP's afterschool program, and operating the organization's IT sector. Mr. Ros currently manages the Computer Lab at the South Center. The lab is a donation from the Free Library of Philadelphia to promote hotspots citywide. All are welcome to utilize the space, which also includes free printing! | |

Rothana Peou is the ASP Group Leader. She has worked with CAGP for several years as part of the After School Program team. She assists students in various activities and during events. Activities include arts and crafts, language arts, etc. Ms. Peou graduated from the Pennsylvania State University and enjoys working with youth in the community. Ms. Peou has been an active member in the Cambodian and Cambodian-American community. |

Lindsay Scoffone is the After School Program Instructor at CAGP. She joined the organization during the summer of 2010. She is a teacher for the After School Program and she is responsible for writing daily lesson plans. She enjoys working with children, and is currently the Youth Coordinator at a local Cambodian church. Ms. Scoffone has attended school in Cambodia for several years and is attending college in pursuit of an Education degree. |

Renee Richardson is the ASP Group Supervisor. She has worked with the After School Program with CAGP since 1992. During her time with ASP, the program grew from 15 to 30 students. Ms. Renee enjoys working with children, and was glad to have the opportunity to join ASP years ago. Her prior experience includes working at PNC Bank for close to 25 years. Needless to say, Ms. Renee is a very committed and dedicated team player. |

Thai Seng joined the Cambodian Association of Philadelphia about seven years ago as the Maintenance Technician. He has done a great job maintaining both the North Office and the South Center. He resides in the community and contributes a lot of his time and skills to the organization. One of his craftsmanship donations includes building desks for the South Center. Mr. Seng is skilled in carpentry, which he learned during his six month stay in the Philippines. |
